With over 18 years’ recruitment experience, Craig is a specialist FMCG recruiter unearthing Sales, Marketing, Category & NPD talent across the New Zealand and UK markets. Having previously worked for Unilever, Craig has brought his inside industry knowledge into his FMCG recruitment career resulting in the creation of an enviable network of both clients and candidates. In January 2016, Craig launched Henson Recruitment UK and has partnered with many leading FMCG and Consumer Retail businesses throughout the UK whilst offering a first-class service to candidates and clients.

In September 2021, Craig relocated to Auckland with his family (inc Richie the 'All Black' Labrador) and launched Henson Recruitment NZ with the aim of mirroring the UK success in the New Zealand market. Before making the big move, Craig - originally from Leicestershire (UK) would have been seen at The King Power (LCFC) and Welford Road (Leicester Tigers) stadiums and having a passion for sport has always brought out the competitive edge throughout his working career.
