Every assignment is personally managed by Craig Henson, from the initial face-to-face briefing meeting and search strategy through to candidate engagement, interviews, offer negotiations and appointment. Clients receive an experienced, honest and responsive recruitment partner, while candidates benefit from clear communication and support throughout the process.

Henson Recruitment was established in the UK in January 2016 and continues to successfully partner with a wide range of recognised businesses across branded, own-label and wider consumer markets. Following Craig’s move to Auckland, Henson Recruitment NZ launched in September 2021 to provide the same personal, search-led service to businesses throughout New Zealand.
